Decision Systems Philosophy
A growing collection of ideas about decisions under uncertainty: policies over plans, systems that ship, and practitioner-first decision science.
Manifesto
Decision systems are not dashboards. They are not reports. They are executable policies that take state and uncertainty as input and produce actions. The best ones run in production, embrace uncertainty, and drive real outcomes.
We believe in policies over plans: design rules that adapt to revealed information, not fixed sequences that break when reality diverges. We believe in shipping: models that live in notebooks are hobbies; systems that run and make money are the craft.
